Want to know Prices in your area? 

Do you want to know the prices or values of homes that have sold or are for sale in your area, neighbourhood, street or city?

The selling price of property is usually considered public information.  If you are interested in knowing what a particular house in your neighbourhood sold for, I can tell you!  If you don't know the full address of the home, often the street name is enough information for me to send you some information about a recent home that sold.  Extra information may also be helpful.  For example: "Detached home near end of street with green garage on Leland Avenue, just sold this week."
