This complex is located on the west side of Glen Erin Drive near the corner of Glen Erin Drive and Britannia Road., west of Erin Mills Parkway and just south of Britannia Road.
Located on the west side of Glen Erin Drive in a beautiful natural setting in Mississauga, 5865 Dalebrook Crescent is one of the newer to middle age townhouse complexes in Erin Mills.
It was originally built by the Daniel's corporation and featured large units, unique architecture with many 2 storey units and unique design from the beginning. This has been a reason for many people to move into the complex. It's only about a 10 minute drive to Loblaws and other shopping in the area. It is also located only a few minutes drive to many local restaurants, and only a few minutes drive to the Credit Valley Hospital (CVH). This fact has also drawn many people to this complex in order to have the convenience of a few minute's drive to the CVH.
This complex is located only minutes away from The Erin Mills Town Centre Regional Shopping Centre Mall, Erin Meadows Community centre and Library, junior and senior public and separate Schools, community Parks, excellent access to highways 403/407/401 and much more.

You will find that almost all the units in this excellent townhouse complex are situated in quiet locations throughout the townhouse complex property. You will find that from the front entrance through every street and road in the complex, there is a nice variety of locations of units and styles and shaped of units.
You will see that each townhome unit has been well designed with functionality and ease of use in mind. Most of the units have very efficient layouts whether it's a three or four bedroom or end unit. Typically you will find that the units are open concept with combined living and dining rooms, some are L-shaped and many of the units will have a master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.
