At a minimum, put your real estate website address (URL) on your business cards, your letterhead, your flyers and any other item
Put your website url in your newspaper advertisements for people to get more information about the advertised property
You could write a press release and submit it to your local newspapers
Put your real estate website address in your email signature that you send to people
Put it on your billboards, your automobile, your for sale signs, your open house signs, basically everywhere that you advertise or promote your listings or yourself, your real estate website url should appear
You could submit real estate related articles for free advertising of your real estate website
One other major method of promoting your website is by using online paid advertising. This is a very effective means of getting instant traffic to your site. You may use google's paid advertising, which is called, adwords or you may decide to advertise on yahoo, msn, aol or any of the other major search engines. You may set your budget before you begin and stick to it. This way you can control the amount you spend each month and once you reach that maximum your ads stop appearing until the next month. Many real estate agents utilize this method of advertising their site very effectively.
Write your own unique real estate newsletter and publish it about monthly. Fill this newsletter with information about your local market conditions and people will read it
