In order to provide you with professional and effective service under the terms of our listing agreement, I, Kathy Gordon agree to implement the following 16 step marketing plan immediately and to perform the following services to get your home sold in the shortest time, with the least amount of inconvenience and at the best price and terms for you.

16 Main Marketing Methods to Get Your Home SoldKathy Gordon will help you reach your dreams!

  1. I will provide you with a comprehensive personal market analysis to establish the most effective asking price.
  2. Make recommendations on your home to make it more appealing and get you more money when you sell
  3. Provide an extra 20% exposure of your property by placing a quality RE/MAX for sale sign on your lawn.
  4. Hold an open house for other real estate agents to help promote your property and report the results back to you.
  5. Email, Fax and/or call new information about your home to all agents that are active in your area.
  6. Produce a thorough, detailed, descriptive, thoughtful and complete (see a sample MLS listing), pointing out all the benefits of your home to the buyers and agents.
  7. Prepare quality feature sheets of your home, pointing out all the special features and benefits that will appeal to the buyer.
  8. Promote your home to every qualified client, buyer and investor we know of and have in our client database.
  9. Distribute just listed notices throughout your neighbourhood or a target area to inform people that your home is for sale, as they may be a potential buyer or know of one.
  10. Promote your home on our international website, that receives tens of thousands of visitors, and produce a quality write-up with colour photos of the inside and outside of your home, a virtual tour in pictures - very effective in pre-qualifying showings.
  11. Advertise and promote your home to the Agents who actively work in your area and price range, to make them informed about your home to show it to their qualified buyers.
  12. Show you the response to advertising and marketing and plan for future marketing efforts.   If necessary, I will provide you with a listing service report.
