Welcome to our Etobicoke Real Estate website. Kathy and Joe have lived in the Etobicoke area for 45+ years. They were both raised in the Princess-Rosethorn neighbourhood and went on to raise their own family in Etobicoke as well.
They attended schools in Etobicoke, as did their children. They are strong supporters of the merchants, banks and churches in the neighbourhood.
Their two charities of choice are The Children`s Miracle Network where they contribute a portion of their commissions on every Real Estate transaction and the Canadian Cancer Society. She has a 40 year background in sales, 21 of those past years spent in Real Estate. Joe's background is in marketing for the Automotive, Apparel and Insurance industry.
They are proud to be with RE/MAX. RE/MAX is the number one Real Estate company in the world with over 30% market share in the Toronto and GTA. Kathy and Joe work at Re/Max Professionals at Humbertown and maintains membership in the Re/Max Hall of Fame . They have held similar standings in the other companies where they have worked.
Joe started with Kathy in 2005 as an Assistant. Initially he launched their website "Etobicokehomes4sale.com". His background is in Sales and Marketing and he has worked in the Automobile and Insurance Industries with Trader Media Corporation the publishers of Auto Trader and autotrader.ca. He worked with major corporations like Bank of Montreal, Canadian Tire, CGI, ICBC,C.A.A, Dominion of Canada and Royal Sun Alliance.
He recently became a Real Estate Professional and has joined Kathy at RE/MAX Professionals Inc. in the heart of Etobicoke and is adding to the brand of Etobicokehomes4sale.com.
They always puts their clients goals first and look forward to serving the community's Real Estate needs well into the future!
