This property is tenanted so please follow these showing instructions. The tenant does work from home but will try to be out for showings.

 

Please book ½ hour appointments and be on time. Please call to cancel if you cannot keep your appointment.

 

Due to COVID19 we are asking you to do the following:

 

  • Upon arrival, before entering please knock. If there is no answer use the lockbox.

  • We ask the AGENT only, to take a pair of gloves and wear them throughout the showing

  • Please ask your buyers to NOT TOUCH surfaces. We ask that if they wish to see in closets, cupboards etc that you open and close them.
