3RD QUARTER 2021 NEIGHBOURHOOD HOME REPORT

This report is from TREB and is based upon detached homes data. 53 out of 77 listings sold in the Third Quarter of this W7 community with Norseman and Queensway. The average list price is lower than the sale price which indicates homes are selling over asking. The total number of solds decreased from 2020 yet their prices increased by almost 20 %. Homes are selling faster this year too. 2020 14 days on the market for average 2021 11.

Predictions based upon last 8 month statistics give you an idea of what listings and Sales will be like in the last quarter of 2021 for the community of Princess Rosethorn. 

As you can see October is predicting the number of listings to be 14 and sales around 8, the same as Novembers predicted sales. Novembers listings being 8 appears the same as Listings. This could say homes not sold in October may make this more possible. December predicts 10 listings and 7 sales. So inventory still being low and homes still selling at an alarming rate and close to asking /list price, the seller market continues. As a buyer the interest rates are low and with the Bank of Mom and Dad helping it still is a good time to buy. Inventory doesnt seem to be changing anytime…

As of Oct 2021 here is the latest Monthly and Annual date for those interested in living there or selling. Tridels West Village sits on Highway 427 across from the Loblaws Superstore.

 The access to Toronto and all of the GTA is quick and efficient. To the north 5 minutes away is the International Airport and to the South is the Gardiner Expressway to Downtown Toronto and Sherway Gardens. The QEW to Mississauga and beyongd Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton lies south of the Towers as you go south than west.
