You may think you don't want or need a second kitchen, but... Have you ever wished for more fridge space? Perhaps you're hosting a party and would like a wet bar to better serve guests. Preparing large holiday meals can be overwhelming and time consuming unless of course you have a second oven to bake that pie and more fridge space to store those appetizers you made ahead of time.

Consider all the alternatives... if you have a dining area why do you need an eat-in kitchen? Use your space wisely. Turn the eat-in into a den or office space where working from home becomes a possibility.

Buying a home means having an open mind. You may not have considered what potential every room holds. Attic spaces can become cozy bedrooms, home offices or the ultimate walk-in closet.

One only has to visit Pinterest to discover all that can be done with small spaces.

Make it a den or home office space.

  Make it an eat-in kitchen.

Make it whatever your heart desires.
