Thank you for booking an appointment to show 20 Brynston Road.

This property is tenanted so please follow these showing instructions. The tenant does work from home but will try to be out for showings.

Please book ½ hour appointments and be on time. Please call to cancel if you cannot keep your appointment.

Due to COVID19 we are asking you to do the following:

Upon arrival, before entering please knock. If there is no answer use the lockbox.
We ask the AGENT only, to take a pair of gloves and wear them throughout the showing
Please ask your buyers to NOT TOUCH surfaces. We ask that if they wish to see in closets, cupboards etc that you open and close them.
Please only take gloves that you need for this visit as there is a limited supply.
If children attend showings please ask your buyers to keep them close and ask them not to touch anything.
