Market Report for Michael Power Place since March 1 2020.

Of the 23 properties listed, 43.48% have sold as we have seen 10 sales. No other sales have occurred at this time. We have seen 9 properties become withdrawn of the 23 new properties listed. This goes to show that 39.13% of everything listed have been withdrawn and are no longer available to buyers. We have seen 4 properties sell for above the value that they were listed at while 5 properties have sold for under their asking price and one property has sold at it's asking price.
