 Our latest effort was a Downtown 2 1/2 Storey detached home owned by an Artist designer. The home was character rich and full of unique features. The kind that put your home apart from the rest . The focus must be on the richness of their inclusions to add to the value of the property. These items will be apart of the new homeowners daily sightings. 

To this end the sellers initial challenge was to clean and improve the aesthetics from a tenanted house. Paint, and general maintenance were addressed. An investment of new carpeting, Staging and lighting…
