As we approach retirement,

many of us are faced with the age-old conundrum of whether to downsize our homes. It's a difficult decision that requires a careful weighing of the pros and cons. On the one hand, a smaller home can save you money on maintenance, costs of utilities, taxes, and other expenses. On the other hand, it can also mean giving up space, privacy, and memories associated with the home.

But don't despair, my fellow green thumbs, we can conquer this! With some patience, a dash of creativity, and a few strategically placed gnomes,…

We are always looking to promote our listings as professionally as possible to give our clients the feeling that we have done everything we can to achieve the best outcome for their home and family.

Our latest effort was a Downtown 2 1/2 Storey detached home owned by an Artist designer. The home was character rich and full of unique features. The kind that put your home apart from the rest . The focus must be on the richness of their inclusions to add to the value of the property. These items will be apart of the new homeowners daily sightings.
