Then there are tools for mortgages, maps to show how far your driving distance proximities. A map to show location of listings featured. Then the most important is the comparable listings and their photos and listing and selling prices. You can compare the pictures to get an idea on how much or little was done to the home and it's all online and in a downloadable PDF file ( some find this easier to follow)
