It's like a real-life game of Monopoly, except instead of passing GO and collecting $200, you're shelling out a small fortune for a tiny slice of urban paradise. But hey, that's the price we pay for living in one of the most exciting and desirable neighborhoods in the city, right?

Do you remember the old Valhalla Inn off the 27/427 Highway in Etobicoke? Well there has been alot of activity along the 427 Corrider in the last few years and Condos have been a big part of this development. A Loblaws Superstore certainly added to the convenience. Corporate entities like Baku,  Auto Trader, Metro Warehouses etc. Coming soon to Cloverdale Mall 250 The East Mall will be another multiple high rise site consisting of 24-48 storey buildings housing over 4000 units.
