Our latest effort was a Downtown 2 1/2 Storey detached home owned by an Artist designer. The home was character rich and full of unique features. The kind that put your home apart from the rest . The focus must be on the richness of their inclusions to add to the value of the property. These items will be apart of the new homeowners daily sightings.
To this end the sellers initial challenge was to clean and improve the aesthetics from a tenanted house. Paint, and general maintenance were addressed. An investment of new carpeting, Staging and lighting were added. The homes exterior features of an Artists' Studio and Roof top patio need also be pictured. Video and Drones created this result on Youtube. So Videos, drones, home inspections, 3D photography, dollhouse features, feature sheets, lists, Matterport, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Adwerx and our Customer Relation Database and network are all apart of the process.
In addition Floorplans , Home Inspections, feature sheets and a Feature List with every item the seller quoted was inserted into the Feature Sheets presented at the home.
The followup on Social Media to gain maximum exposure was posted.
