Create an atmosphere!

The Living and Dining Rooms of Etobicoke! Make them shine!

  1. Treat these rooms as if they were stage sets. From Parenthood More Julies home than Zekes. Suggest a good family life, a guitar is warm, a dictionary, half finished crossword puzzle- let the buyer imagine living in your home.

    1. The Front door may need a fresh painting or some new hardware. If the door or lock stick this will just create issues with the Lockbox. Fix it before the phone call comes.

    2. If the Porch needs a welcome mat Home Depot or Loews have many choices. Make your guest feel that this is a home not a house. Add some flowers for a prettier attention grabber. 

    3. Open those Picture window curtains and make the glass sparkle.

    4. This is the homes first impression after curb appeal. Make it more appealing!

    5. The Front Foyer, Entrance or Hall Make them all feel larger. Add a well placed mirror.

    6. And if you haven't already, taper down or clean out your Closet and make room.
